I have lived with traumatic brain injury for almost 16, very tired, years. I have not found any solutions to fatigue, but when I began writing, first a memoir and now a novel, I discovered that during the hours of writing I was focused and energized. After writing, I needed to rest. Exercise of some sort helps reduce the debilitating part of my fatigue. One doctor told me to find my band width and stay in it- regardless of who or what needed me. Immeasurably helpful advice.
